All Agility Waiver All Agility and the trainers employed by them can accept no responsibility whatsoever for the conduct of other dogs attending the agility courses or heir owners or other factors beyond their control. Accordingly, as a condition of registration in the agility class you are required to sign the waiver below, releasing All Agility, their agents, or employees from any liability whatsoever in respect of any damage or injury which your or your dog may suffer unless caused solely and exclusively by the gross negligence of All Agility, their agents or employees. I realize and hereby acknowledge that All Agility, their agents and employees can accept no responsibility whatsoever for the conduct or action of other persons or their dogs, who may e participating in the agility classes or other factors beyond their control. Accordingly as a condition of participation of myself, my dog and any other person with whom I am associated with in the agility classes. I hereby release All Agility, their agents and employees for all claims whatsoever, for any loss or damage which I or my dog or any other person with whom I am associated with may suffer, unless caused soley and exclusively by the gross negligence of All Agility its agents or employees. In addition, I accept full responsibility for the conduct of my dog at all times and hereby agree to release All Agility its agents and employees for any and all claims, damages, injuries which they may suffer or incur, whether directly or indirectly, including liability for damages suffered by others as a result of the conduct or actions of myself or my dog.
